As a child, Shelia spent countless hours on job sites, proudly serving as her father’s sidekick. Her first taste of marketing came at just eight years old, when she was tasked with hand-painting signs for Fred’s spec homes. Following in her father’s footsteps, Shelia developed a lifelong passion for home building and real estate.

Today, Shelia is proud to be part of the BayBeach Builders team, where she continues to deepen her knowledge of the industry while strengthening her connection to her family’s legacy. She looks forward to carrying on the tradition of craftsmanship and dedication that has shaped her journey. (And, as she says, she’s lucky to have a pretty great boss.)

Outside of work you’ll find Shelia soaking up the sun at the beach. She finds joy in the simple things and brings that same grounded, thoughtful, spirit to everything she does.
