Marilyn Breck serves as the Office Manager and a key bookkeeper at BayBeach Builders, joining the team in October 2023. With a diverse entrepreneurial background and a wealth of experience in financial management, Marilyn is a pivotal force behind the operational excellence of the company.

Marilyn’s career is marked by her successful leadership of an H&R Block franchise in Gunnison, Colorado, which earned recognition as one of the nation’s top 100 fastest-growing franchises. She also owned and operated a highly successful Bar and Grill in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where she led all aspects of business operations, from strategy to financial oversight, demonstrating her deep understanding of what it takes to build and sustain thriving businesses.

With over two decades of experience in bookkeeping, Marilyn’s expertise spans the full spectrum of financial management. Her early career in bookkeeping, beginning at the age of 21, laid the foundation for her advanced skills in financial analysis, operational efficiency, and strategic business management.
